Our personalised training plans are a great option if you want a clear pathway set out on how to train specifically for your race or challenge, without the continuous support and feedback on offer with coaching.
Whatever your level, our training plans are designed around you, your lifestyle, running history and main goals.
1 hour online call to talk through your running history, current training, lifestyle and goals.
A detailed training plan specific to you and your race (choice of 12-16 or 16-24 weeks, see below).
A free Training Peaks (basic) account with access to your plan via mobile app or desktop.
Detailed descriptions for all workouts which can be downloaded and synced directly to your watch.
Access to a programme of dynamic strength and mobility workouts.
